LTD Edition Sushi

LTD Sushi brings a fresh and refined presence to Capitol Hill, offering a curated omakase experience in a thoughtfully transformed space. The project centered around the renovation of an existing restaurant, beginning with a full gut of the original bar area to create a new focal point: a chef’s bar designed specifically for an intimate omakase service.

A custom-milled and stained white oak bar top now anchors the space, crafted with precision to complement the culinary experience. Matching white oak table tops were fabricated for the dining area, adding warmth and cohesion throughout. Additional updates include all-new paint, carefully installed acoustic sound panels for an improved dining atmosphere, and new casing and trim across the existing storefront. Artwork was selected and thoughtfully installed to reflect the restaurant’s aesthetic.
